The main purpose of all the coaching offered is to enable the client to gain a greater understanding of their true self, the inner person they have been trying to be and take responsibility for there own well-being and happiness.

The sessions will help uncover any negative strategies that you have created for dealing with situations that are now inappropriate for your current life or future gaols and dreams.

Most of us all have limiting beliefs of some kind that we may not be aware of, just sitting in the background waiting to hold you back when a great opportunity is offered.

The coach will not tell you the solutions to your problems but works with you, through a series of exercises and techniques designed specifically to help uncover the root cause of the problem. Just identifying the real cause can be a major release for most people and starts the healing process.

The client is encouraged to explore new positive solutions to the problem and because it will be of there own creation, these have a far more powerful and long lasting effect.

Coaching can also be a great tool for helping to get your life back in balance. How many of you are working long hours and then spend the rest of your time thinking about it?

Taking some time out with a coach could help highlight some small changes, which may make a big difference to long-term well-being and happiness.

The sessions are normally two hours long with new clients and on average they visit two or three times depending on their progress.

Shorter one-hour top up sessions are available later to monitor and encourage progress.

Before starting any sessions the suitability of client and coach need to be assessed. This is normally done over a phone call and a series of questions. It’s important to be honest because coaching is not a magic panacea for every situation or client, but only seeks to promote general good heath and well-being.

Many people are now living very busy lives and working longer hours than ever before. With these increased demands and pressures it’s not surprising that more and more people are suffering from stress.

Life events
Life can also bring about a string of events that can make it hard for you to maintain a healthy balance and positive outlook. I am sure we can all recall some events that have affected us this way.

Past events
It could be your upbringing or current lifestyle that has left you with strategies that are now serving no purpose. You could have limiting beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your full potential or happiness. Imagine the limiting belief of, “ I m un-loveable or I am stupid”.
