If some one had asked me what NLP was 10 years ago my answer may well have been NL what?
A series of unconnected negative events in the family left me feeling stressed and on edge all the time. I knew that I needed help of some kind but was not sure what or how. It did not really seem to be medical I was not ill in that sense.
As luck would have it I received some information in a mail shot from my osteopath’s wife who was offering NLP and coaching sessions. After some deliberation I decided to give it ago.
Cissi Williams was the coach and turned out to be one of the most talented and gifted people I have ever met. The techniques really made a big difference to me, although its not easy option as many people may perceive it to be. It requires taking responsibility for your own well-being, honesty with your self and perseverance to bring about permanent positive change.
At first I had no intention of being a practitioner or seeing clients of my own but, encouraged by Cissi, I attended her practitioner course for self development reasons and what by now was fast becoming a passion for NLP and coaching. This was later followed a Master Practitioner course and working with clients of my own.
‘Coaching Sense was born.’
Quotes
Cissi Williams
Certified Trainer of NLP and Founder of Higher-Self Healing.
"Joe is one of the best coaches I have had the delight to meet. He is compassionate, and with a natural instinct for finding what is truly the underlying problem. I can fully recommend him."
A client from Brackley wrote
"Joe is intuitive, aware and sensitive to your needs. As a Life Coach he has changed my thinking dramatically in one of our sessions, in one sentence. He made me aware of something I was doing subconsciously but with his words helped me change my thoughts and direction. I thought I had it all sussed and knew what I was doing, but Joe came along and gave me a helping hand in the right direction."
